Yes, but the price will be that of the 4 passenger minimum.

No. Any passenger of the age 2 or less will be at no charge.

After your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email with the phone number of your Fast Track representative. You will then arrive to Ben Gurion Airport at the time confirmed in your order and contact your representative a half hour prior to your arrival.

4. Can I order the service for flights departing from Terminal 1?2018-04-22T13:52:29+00:00

Yes, for an additional $20 you can speed through Terminal 1 as well.

5. I have an important guest arriving to Israel who does not want his passport stamped. Is that an option?2018-04-22T13:52:29+00:00

Yes. When ordering the Fast Track service for foreign citizens there is an option for entry or exit with a separate note, as opposed to a stamp.

From the moment your order is completed we will monitor your flight status as well as any changes in departure and arrival times.
We will be sure to greet you promptly, at the proper time and place, no matter the change in itinerary.

Our service is available for any flight, including charter flights and domestic flights as well. Our team will be there to greet you and be at your full service.

9. Can I order the Fast Track service if one of the passengers is handicapped?2018-04-22T13:52:29+00:00

It is important to specify any passengers’ handicaps when placing your order and we will be sure to arrive to the airplane door (or whichever relevant vehicle) properly equipped for transportation.We will ensure comfortable and seamless transition through Ben Gurion Airport while receiving personal attention from our skilled and professional representative.

Of course. In the event that you or your guests will arrive with 10 or more pieces of luggage, we recommend ordering our carrier service as well. This will ensure utmost convenience and comfort for all passengers. There will be an additional charge for the carrier service.
